Getting here

Twenty-five minutes from Palma airport by car over the Coll, or forty by the tunnel. The vintage train from Palma takes an hour and is worth doing at least one way. We'll arrange a transfer for €65 each way if you'd rather not drive.

House policies

The small print,
plainly.

What's your cancellation policy?
Free cancellation up to fourteen days before arrival, with a full refund of the deposit. Inside fourteen days we keep the first night; inside forty-eight hours, the full stay. If something genuinely serious happens, tell us and we'll be reasonable - we always have been.
Do you take children?
Over twelve, yes, happily. Below that we'd honestly point you somewhere better suited - there's a pool with no fence, three flights of old stone stairs, and a house that's built around quiet.
Is there parking?
Two spaces behind the house, allocated in booking order, and free. Otherwise there's a public car park four minutes' walk away at €12 a day. Sóller's old town is not a place you want to drive around in July.
Is the house accessible?
Partly, and we'd rather be honest about it. The Lemon Room and the courtyard are step-free from the entrance, and the ground-floor bathroom has grab rails. The upper four rooms are reachable only by original stone stairs, and there's no lift - the building simply won't take one.
Can you host a wedding or an event?
Small ones. The whole house takes twelve guests sleeping and about thirty-five for dinner in the courtyard. Ana has done a dozen of them and will tell you honestly whether your plan fits the building.
Do you allow dogs?
One well-behaved dog in the Garden Room, which opens onto the courtyard. €25 a night, and there's a bowl and a bed already there.
